Hey there InMotion friends,
As we're waiting for the funds to reach us so we can fire up the InMotion manufacturing process…
We wanted to share a quick sneak peak into the future with you.
You might be a well seasoned videographer looking to make the most of your smartphone, GoPro or mirrorless camera.
Or you might be a newbie looking to really up your filmmaking game.
The point is: we are all connected by a passion and, ultimately, a purpose.
You want better videos.
As with everything, having the best tools - or in our case the coolest gear :) - is just half of the equation.
Having the knowledge to exploit your gear, not to mention the super useful tips and hacks of the more experienced pros, will make a world of difference.
No matter where you are in your filmmaking journey, we’d love to support your efforts.
In the coming weeks, we are looking to establish the InMotion University.
Its aim is simple.
To create a space where newbies find the coolest hacks towards becoming the next best filmmakers and the pros can share not only their content, but the techniques they use to create their magic.
And it will focus on all aspects of filmmaking, using your slider and way, way beyond.
We are ironing out the kinks of the InMotion University while our product development and manufacturing team makes every effort to bring you the InMotion Slider as soon as possible.

We Did It! And It's All Thanks To You!

Dear amazing InMotion friends,
We are at the end of a very exciting 38 day journey.
Our very first campaign has brought about many exciting moments, some valuable lessons and many, many wonderful people.
286 people believed in our idea and stood behind it wholeheartedly.
And for that, I am beyond grateful!
Some Housekeeping Details
When Kickstarter ends, our work just begins and the entire InMotion team looks forward to the next chapter of this story.
Pledge Management
InMotion is now moving over to Backerkit.
So if you want to add more units or accessories to your reward, you will find very flexible pledge management options there.
Simply follow the "Order Here" link/button at the top of the campaign page to manage your pledge.
Choosing Your Delivery Address
In the coming weeks, we'll also send out a survey asking about your chosen add-ons, the address you want to have your rewards shipped to and other important details.
Make sure to keep an eye on your email for all our Kickstarter updates.
What Next?
We'll share with you frequent updates so you’ll continue to be aware of what’s happening behind the scenes.
The InMotion team will be hard at work to ensure we bring your reward package on your doorstep by Jun 2018.

Dear InMotion friends,
We have less than 72 hours to go before our Kickstarter campaign comes to an end.
As we prepare to wrap it all up, I wanted to bring you some more footage shot on InMotion.
It’s a quick overview of all the cool features the slider is packed with.
Aaaaand a new timelapse that I believe you will really love.
That's if you're into cars and engines and making stuff work.
I hope you enjoy watching it as much as we loved making it for you.
It’s been a lot of fun making these videos.
And I have a feeling that once you get your InMotion slider, you’ll carry it around everywhere.

Following the last update, we wanted to bring you some more footage shot on InMotion.

And we continue to listen to your preferences. ;)
So if there’s anything you’d like to see shot on InMotion, send us a message or leave a comment below.
We read all your comments and we'd be happy to create the content you want to see.
Already Excited To Start Tooling
Remember that for all the footage done so far we used a fully functional prototype.
Although it is working extremely well, we are continuously tweaking it for optimum results.
That’s because prototypes are usually not made from all the right materials we will use during mass production.
Prototypes are made with intermediate grade materials to keep prototyping costs very efficient.
Your InMotion slider will be perfectly tuned and made of high quality, durable materials.
We spare no effort or cost on that end because we want you to use your slider for many years to come.
And your experience with it must be impeccable.
Tell Us What You Want
Many of you also asked us if certain functions (like speed, ramp, etc.) can be adjusted.
At this stage, the functions can be adjusted to specific preferences.
Want your ramp smoother? Want your timelapse longer? Want your motion trigger to work in Animation Mode too?
No worries at all!
At the end of the campaign, we will send out a feature survey.
In the survey, you will be able to tell us your preferences for the different functions that we will tweak and optimise before we start tooling.
We will fine-tune the slider to match the most popular preferences. :)
To take it a step further, there might be functions that you want added.
We will look at all the suggestions and we would be happy to implement anything that doesn’t sidetrack us from our main purpose: bringing you a high quality slider, delivered well within the given timelines.
So keep the suggestions coming!
